$120,000-$130,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Manage the monthly financial close process for a portfolio of 6-8 entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial data prepared by an offshore bookkeeping resource
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and ensure balance sheet integrity
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and related reporting packages
• Coordinate with operational and finance partners to gather information, resolve issues, and meet reporting deadlines
• Support the integration and onboarding of newly acquired business entities as needed
• Drive process improvements, standardization efforts, and system optimization initiatives
• Assist with audit requests and maintain supporting documentation for key accounting activities

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with full month-end close process in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• CPA or CPA-track candidate preferred
