Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, collections, cash management, and general ledger activities
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting
• Manage audit, tax, compliance, and banking activities while maintaining strong internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and strategic finance initiatives
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff while helping scale the function through continued company growth

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA required
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Target Compensation: $120,000-140,000k + bonus
