Accounting Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor management across business and personal entities
• Support accounting system migration and process improvement initiatives
• Mentor and develop staff accounting personnel
• Partner with finance leadership on cash management, risk oversight, and investment administration

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• CPA required or strongly preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience within a family office environment and multi-entity reporting structures
• Proven success improving accounting processes, AP operations, and financial reporting functions
