About the Role:

\n

We are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role will take ownership of month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, financial statements, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate has experience in both accounting and FP&A and is comfortable balancing daily accounting tasks with broader financial responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

\n

• Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

\n

• Manage complex financial records and maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting data.

\n

• Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation.

\n

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and related financial reports.

\n

• Perform general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.

\n

• Ensure financial reporting and accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.

\n

• Perform daily accounting and financial data entry tasks as needed to support accurate and efficient financial operations.

Requirements and Experience:

\n

• Experience managing day-to-day accounting or financial operations.

\n

• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.

\n

• Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

\n

• Experience managing complex financial records while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.

\n

• Working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.

\n

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

\n

• Willingness to perform daily accounting data entry and transactional tasks as part of the role.

\n

• Comfortable working in a hands-on accounting role that includes both daily transactional responsibilities and higher-level financial responsibilities.
