    Description

    Accounting Manager

    We are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing global consumer products company that is looking for a sharp high performing Accounting Manager!

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
    • Lead general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
    • Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance
    • Drive ERP optimization, automation, and scalable accounting processes
    • Prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance
    • Mentor and develop junior accounting professionals
    • Help transform the finance function through technology and continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    • 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
    • Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting foundation, followed by corporate accounting experience
    • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
    • Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
    • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms
    • A proactive, ownership-minded professional who enjoys solving problems and driving change
