Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
- Lead general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance
- Drive ERP optimization, automation, and scalable accounting processes
- Prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Mentor and develop junior accounting professionals
- Help transform the finance function through technology and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting foundation, followed by corporate accounting experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms
- A proactive, ownership-minded professional who enjoys solving problems and driving change
