Accounting Manager / Controller
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager / Controller:
• Lead and mentor the accounting team while partnering with company leadership
• Prepare financial statements and oversee financial reporting through QuickBooks
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Drive process improvements and reduce month-end close timelines
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision-making
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager / Controller:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
