Accounting Manager opening at a fast-growing private company!

Lead AP/procurement, drive ERP workflows, and improve financial systems. Up to $175K base + 12% bonus. Immediate hire!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AP and procurement for a 7-person team, managing POs, invoices, GL reviews, and vendor relations.
• Oversee cash flow, reporting, budgeting, and audits.
• Drive ERP adoption and workflow automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance invoice systems and influence financial tool usage.

Qualifications

• CPA (active) - hard requirement
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of Accounting AP/Procurement experience
• Mix of public/private accounting experience
  • at least 3+ years of Public AND 3+ years Private
• Titled experience as Accounting Manager of AP, procurement
• Strong in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficient in tax prep, audits, Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel

• Base Salary range $125-175K base with upside flexibility for strong candidate
• Bonus: 12% (paid out quarterly)
