If you have thick skin, love the thrill of the entertainment industry, and want to lead a team, this is the perfect career move.What You'll DoLead & Mentor: Oversee and review the day-to-day work of two Junior Accountants, shifting the department's structure to a more efficient leadership model.Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and streamline legacy processes to increase departmental capacity.Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage full-cycle A to Z accounting (AP, AR, and reconciliations) across three distinct entities using QuickBooks Desktop and Online.Month-End Support: Partner directly with the Controller to expedite month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidations.Systems Migration: Act as a key player in an upcoming Q4/Q1 ERP system implementation (migrating from QuickBooks to Sage or NetSuite).What You BringEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience. Senior Accountants ready to step into a leadership/supervisory role are highly encouraged to apply.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs experience needed).
