Accounting Manager

Distribution/logistics company near Gardena is looking for an Accounting Manager on a temp-to-hire basis. In this position, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, general ledger management, reconciliation, and month / quarter / year-end closes. The Accounting Manager will also handle journal entries, processing payroll, employee benefits management, preparing management financial reporting documents, as well as other administrative tasks.

• 2+ years of general accounting experience is extremely preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday is required.
• Payroll processing experience is a big plus.
• Good systems acumen and MS office skills are needed.
• $34 - 36 /hr.
