Accounting Manager
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• The Accounting manager will lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee month-end close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage job costing and project accounting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational performance
• The Accounting Manager will review and oversee sales and use tax processes and compliance
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within accounting workflows and systems
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred (job costing/project accounting exposure highly valued)
