Accounting Manager

Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area is looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, is detailed oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure the financial stability and success of this organization.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budget, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate representation of financial data.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Take on special projects as needed.

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
