Accounting Manager
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Own the general ledger and month-end/year-end close process
• 
  
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• 
  
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections
• 
  
• Manage inventory accounting, WIP reconciliation, and cost of goods sold analysis
• 
  
• Coordinate the annual audit, tax preparation, and outside accountant requests
• 
  
• Train and supervise the Transactional Accountant
• 
  

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including close and financial reporting ownership
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Manufacturing, inventory, and cost accounting experience strongly preferred
•
