Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead US GAAP reporting and consolidation of international financial results.
• 
  
• Review locally prepared statutory financials and ensure accurate conversion to US GAAP.
• 
  
• Support quarterly reporting, financial statement preparation, and consolidation activities.
• 
  
• Perform cash flow analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• 
  
• Collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• CPA required/TRACK with 5–7 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• 
  
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and analytical skills; Big Four public accounting, REIT, or international consolidation experience preferred.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage reporting deadlines.
