    Build the Financial Engine Behind a Growing, High-Tech BusinessInstroTek is a fast-growing, technically sophisticated manufacturing and services company—and we're looking for an Accounting Manager who's ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and help scale a dynamic organization.This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role for an accounting professional who thrives in high‑transaction environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants to shape process or leadership to strengthen the financial backbone of a business spanning manufacturing, distribution, and services.If you love building structure, driving automation, and leading teams in complex operational environments, this role is for you.What You'll DoLead the Close & Financial OperationsOwn and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accuracy, discipline, and timeliness in accordance with US GAAPPartner with the VP of Finance to manage treasury and banking activitiesOwn Core Accounting OperationsOversee revenue recognition across product sales, third‑party distribution, and calibration/service offeringsLead invoicing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and customer account managementDirect accounts payable, vendor onboarding, payment processing, and controlsManage inventory and cost accounting, including manufacturing variances for internally produced and third‑party productsOversee corporate and sales tax compliance across all operating statesStrengthen Controls & Reduce RiskDesign, document, and continuously improve accounting SOPs across AR, AP, inventory, revenue, and closeBuild and maintain internal controls appropriate for a growing manufacturing companyEnsure segregation of duties, audit readiness, and risk mitigation in partnership with the VP of FinanceServe as the primary accounting lead for audits, reviews, and external advisors (tax, audit, banking)Drive Systems, Data & AutomationAct as the accounting system owner for ERP and related financial platformsPartner with IT and Finance leadership to improve data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiencyLead & Develop the TeamLead, coach, and develop a high‑performing accounting teamSet clear priorities, deadlines, and accountability in a high‑volume environmentBuild a culture of ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvementBe a Cross-Functional PartnerPosition accounting as a trusted service center and strategic partner to internal teamsServe as a key accounting resource for customers and vendorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilityManufacturing accounting experience with inventory, cost accounting, and operational complexityProven success in high‑transaction AR/AP environmentsStrong ERP experience (manufacturing ERP preferred)Advanced Excel and financial analysis skillsDemonstrated ability to build SOPs, controls, and scalable processesPreferredPrior Accounting Manager experienceExperience supporting mixed revenue models (manufacturing, services, distribution)Who You AreA hands‑on, detail‑driven leader who takes ownershipEqually comfortable setting strategy and executing day‑to‑day workA clear, confident communicator with executives and cross‑functional partnersKnown for integrity, professionalism, and discretionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort‑ and Long‑Term Disability Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveProfessional development supportEqual Opportunity EmployerInstroTek, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
