As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a solid managerial skills, understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting departmentPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgersKey liaison between headquarters Accounting team and all oversea subsidiary divisionsFamiliar with international accounting & tax practiceManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage the company's general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standardsManage monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare financial reports, including budget variance analysisManage the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsManage audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiencyRecruit and develop Accounting talentsCollaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-makingRequirements 3-5 years of accounting managerial experienceMust be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other accounting software such as QuickBooks, Dynamics365 Business Central, or similar platformsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCPA or working towards CPA certification is a plus but not requiredBilingual preferred (Mandarin or Spanish)Able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationJoin our team and help us cool the world Email your resume to: careers@igasusa.com or apply directly on LinkedIn#J-18808-Ljbffr
