Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and supporting accounting documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and tax-related filings
- Support compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters
Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
