Junior Accountant (Entry-Level)

Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour

Our client, a growing organization in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an Entry-Level Junior Accountant to support their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Support month-end close, including intercompany reconciliations and journal postings
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with reporting and general accounting functions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles accepted)
• Experience working with a large ERP system
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
