This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to drive process improvements and help scale financial operations within a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of 2–3 accounting assistantsCoordinate and review financial reporting processes in compliance with GAAPApprove annual reconciliations related to triple net lease structuresReview and authorize updates to tenant escrow billingManage reconciliations for multiple bank accountsMaintain and oversee fixed asset accounting within the ERP systemDrive process optimization and technology utilization initiativesCollaborate across teams to resolve internal and external financial inquiriesSupport other finance-related projects as assignedRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate accountingDemonstrated experience leading a team or sub-functionFamiliarity with financial ERP systems (experience with Yardi is highly desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDeadline-oriented with solid organizational capabilitiesIndependent problem solver with excellent attention to detailAdaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Credentials Master's degree or CPA designation (not mandatory)Background in fixed asset accounting and property reconciliationsCompensation Compensation: $80,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
