    OverviewJob Title: Accounting Supervisor Client Advisory Services (CAS)Public AccountingFull-TimeAbout the RoleAs an Accounting Supervisor (CAS) , you'll guide firms and leaders through their financial journey providing high-value advisory services beyond compliance: thinking strategically, improving performance, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology.Base pay range$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yrKey ResponsibilitiesLead CAS engagements : Oversee consulting projects across areas such as financial reporting, workflow efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, or financial systems implementation.Manage client relationships : Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, shaping service offerings, and ensuring delivery excellence.Coach and develop staff : Mentor junior CAS team members, review deliverables, and supervise multitask workloads.Drive business development : Contribute to proposals, refine service packages, and support client growth initiatives.Maintain technical excellence : Stay updated on evolving accounting standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies affecting advisory services.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).CPA designation required.
