Accounting Supervisor

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Supervise daily AP, AR, and accounting operations
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
• Review accounting transactions, coding accuracy, and staff-prepared entries
• Manage sales tax compliance, filings, and exemption documentation
• Train, mentor, and support accounting team members while driving process improvements

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of accounting experience with strong AP and AR knowledge
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team training experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
