Fresno, CA.Now hiring an Account Payable/ Receivable Clerk in Fresno, CA - Apply Now!Job Title: Accounts Payable/ Receivable ClerkPay Rate: $21/hr.Shift: 1stBenefits: Medical, Dental, AD&DAll functions of AR: posting cash receipts, remote deposit, collections, set up new customers, familiarity with credit insuranceAccounts Receivable Payable Clerk Job Duties:Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing payments or adjustments.Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Teamwork: Demonstrates ability to work harmoniously with others to get a job done. Attitude promotes positive work environment; respects others; resolves issues and conflicts.
