Career Opportunities: Accounts Payable Specialist 2 (5936) This role will provide financial and administrative support by accurately and timely processing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, supporting payment runs, and maintaining vendor relationships.Essential Functions: Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform two-way and three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicesInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesPrepare and support weekly and monthly payment runsReconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balancesMaintain accurate vendor master data in accordance with internal controlsSupport month-end close activities related to accounts payableIdentify, and assist with implementation of, process inprovement opportunitiesOther duties assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
