Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• 
  
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
• 
  
• Complete data entry and invoice coding within the accounting system.
• 
  
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues.
• 
  
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• 
  
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• 
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
