Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process invoices, ACH payments, and check disbursements across multiple properties.

• Monitor approval workflows and ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

• Prepare partner distributions and reporting through AppFolio.
• 
  
• Assist with insurance renewals, real estate tax coordination, and utility allocation processes.

• Respond to financial inquiries from vendors, tenants, and investment partners.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.

• Conversational Spanish required.

• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing and vendor payment activity.
