Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process high-volume invoices, ACH payments, and check runs across multiple properties.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Generate partner distributions and management reports using AppFolio.
• Support insurance administration, real estate tax coordination, and utility chargeback processes.
• Assist with vendor, tenant, and partner-related financial inquiries.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Conversational Spanish required.
• Experience processing high-volume transactions and vendor payments.
• Real estate, property management, or AppFolio experience is a plus.
