A well-established transportation and services company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounts payable operations and accounting functions. This Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely vendor payments in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing as Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, and posting to the general ledger
• 
  
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor statements
• 
  
• Processing vendor payments through checks, ACH, wire transfers, and corporate credit cards
• 
  
• Maintaining vendor records, onboarding new vendors, and supporting related administrative processes
• 
  
• Supporting audits, year-end activities, inventory-related accounting processes, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• 
  

What We're Looking For as an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis
• 
  
• Experience working with ERP systems or computerized Accounts Payable software
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
•
