Accounts Payable Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices from receipt through payment while ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries related to payments and account status.Perform account reconciliations and assist with resolving discrepancies or timing differences.Support month end activities by preparing reports and assisting with accruals as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure expenses are recorded correctly and processes run smoothly.RequirementsPrevious experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.Familiarity with full cycle payable processes and invoice management.Prior experience working with accounting systems, preferably within real estate environments.Ability to work onsite and support short term coverage needs.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.QualificationsPrevious experience with property management accounting systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage high volume transactions.Effective communication skills when working with vendors and internal teams.Reliable and flexible approach to supporting a temporary assignment.Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
