What You'll Do
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accounting records and support daily financial operations
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Research and investigate invoice-related issues
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting activities
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional AP certification is a plus
