In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, managing vendor communications, reconciling accounts, and ensuring payments are accurate and timely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.Summary of Essential Job FunctionsReview invoices, expense reports & check requests, route for approvals where necessary, and data enter into the accounting systemAnalyze vendor statements, request missing invoices for processing, and work with vendors for resolution on open itemsReview open payables and propose items for paymentCreate check batches for approve payments, print and mail checks once processedCorrespond along with vendors and react to inquiriesMaintain and exhibit our core values of compassion, authenticity, talent and teamworkAll other duties as assigned or apparentAt a GlanceExperience Required : 1+ years of accounts payable and/or general accounting exposure and experience preferredJob Type: Full-timeCompensation and ScheduleSalary: $20-$22 depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Thursday in the office with remote work every FridayBenefits That Support You Personally and ProfessionallyAt Kids Dental Brands, we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future.
