Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $23.00 - $25.00/hour DOE
Located NW Portland (onsite)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process invoices and vendor statements for multiple locations
• Ensure timely payment of invoices according to vendor terms
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting
• Maintain accurate filing and accounting documentation

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP
• 2+ years of experience with high-volume accounts payable functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
