Accounts Payable Specialist II

Salary: $52,000 - $70,720 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist II:

• 
  
• Process complex invoices, vouchers, disbursements, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform PO matching, receipt posting, and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
  • Generate and distribute invoice and purchase order status reports.
  • Process expense reports, check requests, EFT/ACH payments, and vendor transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts, aging reports, and corporate credit card activity.
  • Maintain vendor records, W-9 documentation, and support 1099 reporting and month-end processes.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist II:

• 
  
• Strong Accounts Payable experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as CMiC, Sage 100, Sage APA (Beanworks), or similar accounting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and automated invoice processing systems.
