This AP Specialist role offers immediate involvement in day-to-day payment processing—giving you the chance to make a meaningful contribution while gaining exposure to AP leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do as an AP Specialist

• Review and process check requests, ensuring accurate coding and compliance
• 
  
• Manage invoice intake, approvals, and processing in Sage Intacct for timely payments
• 
  
• Print, batch, and distribute checks according to internal controls and payment schedules
• 
  
• Collaborate with the AP team to keep daily operations running smoothly, including covering staffing gaps
• 
  
• Respond quickly to internal stakeholders on urgent check requests
• 
  

What We're Looking For in an AP Specialist

• 
  
• 2-3 years accounts payable experience
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP/AP systems; Sage Intacct strongly preferred
• 
  
• Ability to stay organized and professional under deadline pressure, including urgent requests
•
