Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Review and code invoices, expenses, and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Monitor AP workflows and shared inboxes to maintain efficient processing.
• 
  
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, coding issues, and vendor inquiries.

• Support AP process enhancements, including automation and electronic invoice solutions.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.

• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, expense reporting, and AP processes.

• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
