Accounts Payables specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payables specialist
Location: Hershey, PA
Type: Contract
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week M – F 8 am – 4:30 pm (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Opening/sorting US mail for AP Dept, then scanning for AP to process.
• Contact suppliers to switch them over from US mail to E-mailing invoices
• Reviewing back-log of supplier statements to identify outstanding invoices that we may not have received.
• Contact suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices.
• Reviewing/Approving Employee Expense reports in PeopleSoft system
• Running budget checks and processes in prep for payment.
• System clean-up of PeopleSoft expense reports
• Work with backlog of reports entered but not finished /submitted
• Review/audit vehicle titles
• PA EZpass notifications - log in to pay from EZ pass account. (high volume after SH vacation week & YRE in the summer)
• Out of state tolls - identify drivers so they can be contacted to make payment.

Requirements

• Accounts payable and invoicing processing experience
• Strong administrative/office skills
• This is a full-time 40 hours/week M – F 8 am – 4:30 pm (onsite)
