Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay: $24â$26/hr
Industry: Manufacturing & Construction
Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/Billing Specialist with at least 2 years of billing experience to support daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
Verify billing details, pricing, and purchase orders.
Maintain AR records and resolve billing discrepancies.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payments.
Assist with reconciliations and accounting reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of billing experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
