Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Orlando, FLHourly Rate: $22 per hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Our client, in Orlando, FL, is looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts receivable, looking to contribute to a dynamic team while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.Key Responsibilities: Process and manage accounts receivable transactions including invoicing, payments, and collections.Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.Work closely with internal teams and customers to provide excellent service and resolve billing inquiries.Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.Assist with preparing and sending out statements to clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial position.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.How to Apply:If you are ready to take the next step in your career and meet the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply!
