School of Medicine Research SOMR provides support and comprehensive training in both clinical and biomedical sciences. SOMR seeks a professional customer-focused highly organized multi-tasker to fill the position of Administrative Assistant III.
This front office position requires someone with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to represent the department in a friendly professional manner. This position works closely with office leadership and staff to provide front desk support which includes assisting students and visitors and resolving or referring a range of administrative inquiries.
Administrative support will include:
• Purchasing P Card transactions • Chrome River reconciliations • Specialized record-keeping support • Activities related to executive level support
Must have excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
