Our scheduling team is responsible for maintaining security coverage for one of the largest employers in the world. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment. The Scheduling Manager plays a crucial role in managing the scheduling of Security Officers and supervisors at client sites. The primary responsibility will be to optimize the scheduling process to enhance operational results while minimizing avoidable overtime and un-billed time.
