Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to office operations. This role is responsible for data entry, document management, filing, client support, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent service to clients, candidates, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee, client, and assignment records.
Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper files.
Customer Service & Client Support
Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients, candidates, and visitors.
Respond to general inquiries regarding employment opportunities, assignments, and office procedures.
Support client requests by gathering information and coordinating with recruiters and Branch staff.
Assist in resolving routine customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Office Coordination
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Ensure office records are accurate, current, and compliant with company policies.
Support Branch projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative, customer service, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a staffing, recruiting, or human resources environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or workforce management software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry office materials up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
