Rapidly expanding high tech start up seeks a versatile and tech savvy Administrative and Field Operations Specialist to support its international employee and customer base.


Compensation: 80K base + bonus + stock options
Hybrid, 3 days in office work schedule in Boston

About the Administrative and Field Operations Specialist role:

  • You will provide administrative, operational and customer support including calendar management, meeting and travel arrangements, and equipment deployment to approximately 50 employees in their Boston HQ and internationally.

Qualifications of the Administrative and Field Operations Specialist:
  • 3+ years' comprehensive administrative support experience
  • Technical expertise to include MS Office, ERP and CRM systems, document sharing and logistics systems.
