Job Summary (Administrative Assistant 3):
- Perform complex administrative tasks for the Accounts Receivable Unit within the Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections (OARC) - Conduct research and handle special projects as assigned - Prepare operational reports and assist in writing and revising office procedures and forms - Coordinate administrative assignments between different organizational units - Interpret and communicate relevant policies, rules, and regulations to internal and external parties - Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and accurately - Review and update client data in automated systems to ensure accuracy - Review, process, and route demand letters and correspondence to appropriate OARC staff - Import documents into OnBase and research client data on DES mainframe systems - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, including date-stamping appeal documents - Review, input, and forward appeal information in a timely manner - Collate and prepare data for civil actions and garnishments - Support a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office per week) - Must be local, able to attend in-person interviews, and start within 2 weeks of offer - Background checks and identification verification required via HireRight
