• Performs advanced administrative tasks such as managing projects, composing reports and letters, preparing/editing presentations, and making purchase decisions.
• Organizes, controls, and delivers clerical/administrative activities under guidance from the Lead Business Partner.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and intermediate to advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, or databases.
• Provides assistance and training to administrative staff, may supervise others, and maintains frequent contact with customers and executives.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• May possess specialized industry knowledge or foreign language skills.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, diary management, preparing support materials, and supporting C-suite or senior managers.
