Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will focus heavily on data management, Excel reporting, and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports
  • Manage and organize a shared email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for team members
  • Assist with preparation of reports, documentation, and internal communications
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a team environment
Preferred
  • Experience supporting accounting, finance, or operations teams
  • Experience managing high-volume email inboxes
