Administrative Assistant, CPA Office

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable CPA office and support several partners and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong administrative support to partners and administrative staff within a CPA office environment.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a CPA office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $21 - $24 per hour
