Administrative Assistant
Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing full support for Hi-Line’s Sales & Service teams including its Director of National Accounts and Business Development Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Maintain and organize documentation for agreements and contracts
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new national account customers
  • Maintain and update accurate Territory Manager application submissions
  • Assist in new business development efforts
  • Receive, record, and distribute packages and mail
  • Copy, collate, and otherwise prepare reports and materials for mailings, meetings, industry events, and other correspondence
  • Ability to maintain and update logs, files, and records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, talking points, and presentation materials
  • Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements
  • Travel as required
  • Performs additional administrative duties as needed
