As a Specialist, Executive Administrative Support within the Digital Retail organization, you will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, enabling Managing Directors to operate with focus, precision, and impact. This role is defined by proactive problem-solving, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You will play a central role in optimizing executive effectiveness by managing complex priorities, aligning schedules with strategic objectives, and ensuring leaders are focused on the highest-value activities. Through end-to-end coordination of leadership meetings, offsites, and enterprise initiatives, you will drive seamless execution and contribute to effective decision-making. Your ability to orchestrate logistics, navigate competing demands, and maintain continuity will directly influence the success of key business outcomes.Success in this role requires strong collaboration across teams and functions, acting as a hub for communication, scheduling, and alignment across stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams, ensuring priorities are coordinated and executed efficiently. By identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions before issues arise, you will help maintain operational excellence and support leadership in navigating evolving business needs.This role also offers the opportunity to continuously strengthen enterprise-wide partnerships, refine process efficiencies, and develop strategic administrative capabilities that scale impact across the organization.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives or equivalent leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize competing demands
  • Proven experience coordinating high-visibility meetings or executive engagements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate needs and mitigate risks
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Managing Director or C-level executives
  • Project coordination or operational support experience
