As an Administrative Assistant for Carter Sleepcare you will be the first point of contact when a patient calls or walks in the door. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional candidate who can fulfill all of the daily tasks of this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience Required
• 1+ Years of Medical Administrative/Clerical Experience Required
• 1+ Years of Experience on A Multi-Line Phone System Required
• 1+ Years of Experience with Brightree Required
• 1+ Years of Microsoft Application Experience Preferred
• Ability to Multi-Task and Possesses Outstanding Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Medical and Insurance Terminology Preferred
