As an Administrative Assistant, You Will:
  • Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the center, including scheduling, filing, recordkeeping, and office organization.
  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff.
  • Communicate with parents and families regarding enrollment, attendance, billing, center updates, and general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate student and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
  • Assist center leadership with reporting, data entry, documentation, and other administrative projects.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and center communications.
  • Help foster a positive, professional, and family-friendly environment for children, families, and team members.
Do You:
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators?
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred but not required)?
  • Possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills?
  • Demonstrate proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology?
