Position: Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: New Flagship Store, N. Gayton Road & W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
Position Overview
Fink's Jewelers is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This role combines administrative responsibilities, client support, scheduling, data management, and event support within a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients
- Assist sales professionals in understanding and meeting customer needs
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Support clienteling initiatives and special events
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
- Use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
