    Description

    We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by providing clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative and support tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and/or staff

    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications

    • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems

    • Order office supplies and manage inventory

    • Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and invoices

    • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events

    • Support onboarding of new staff and internal communications

    • Perform data entry and basic record-keeping tasks

    • Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

    • High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information

    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in [insert industry if relevant: healthcare, legal, finance, education, etc.]

    • Familiarity with project management tools or CRMs (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce)

    • Knowledge of basic accounting or HR tasks
